A fix has been implemented. We are forcing each domain configuration to be refreshed on all filtering servers. It will take some time. Until the queue is completed, you might see delays to update settings of your domains. It's only impacting the configuration of domains (filtering settings, whitelist/blacklist), you'll receive your emails as usual.
